This new Cambridge AS level Sports and Physical Education course is just what you need to get a strong foundation. This is an active course with the credibility of Cambridge curriculum which includes: applied anatomy, exercise physiology and biomechanics; an understanding of the structure, functions and interrelationships between the skeletal, muscular, circulatory and respiratory systems that is essential to analyze how the human body moves in sporting situations and to explain how it adapts to exercise; biomechanics, sports performances, technology, and sociocultural influences.
