Intermediate Algebra extends and strengthens concepts covered in Beginning Algebra. Functions are introduced and integrated throughout the course where appropriate in the context of the following topics: linear equations, inequalities and graphs; absolute value equations and inequalities; operations on polynomials; rational expressions, equations and inequalities; radical expressions and equations; and quadratic equations, inequalities and graphs.
