ASL 3 is a visual-spatial language rather than a spoken one and is taught in a full immersion classroom. It is strictly a voice off environment. The emphasis is on expressive skills (signing) and receptive skills (comprehending). ASL 3 focuses more on practical and high level application of the language. This course builds on level 1 and 2 and makes a full circle of what has been taught and applying it.
