English 4 A/B

This course includes a curriculum directed by the current Arizona State Standards with a focus on college and career readiness writing i.e. applications; resumes; essays. Students will also study and analyze various literary and informational text. This course is designed to explore practical applications of English skills that include presentations and a “career path research paper.” (Cambridge AS English Language, Cambridge AS English Literature or DC English 101/102 substitutes for this requirement).
